We seek an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video games and be able to merge this passion with effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and maximising return on investment.
  • Lead multi-channel advertising campaigns, including PPC, affiliate, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Supervise and expand the marketing team, fostering a creative and productive environment.
  • Engage with the gaming community through events, forums, and social media to build brand loyalty and gather feedback.
  • Oversee content creation, including promotional materials, blog posts, and video content, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in the e-commerce or gaming industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce; additional gaming industry expertise would also be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, ownership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
