From the beginning, our company grows organically, thanks to networking, references, and knowledge-sharing initiatives such as blogs, podcasts, and conferences. These activities allowed us to grow the company to 130 people and 30 active clients, such as Truecaller, Spotify, Kcell, Allegro, Play, ING, and Acast. Now, we want to accelerate the growth of our company so we are looking for a specialist who will allow us to reach a wider number of potential customers to interest them in our services and products from R&D Labs (read example).

If you want to co-create our Lead-Gen unit, realize or invent new lead-generation activities and you have experience in generating b2b leads via online networking, this offer is for you!


Job responsibilities


  • Research of companies interested in our services and products
  • Reaching selected people and companies via Linkedin, e-mail, and other forms of direct or indirect contact
  • Building business relationships with specific companies and decision-makers
  • Close cooperation with the Delivery and Growth Team, to address the current company's Lead Gen needs
  • Preparing strategies and concepts for current and future lead-generation activities
  • Analyzing prospecting results, optimizing and improve
  • Understanding how our company works and how customers benefit from our solutions
  • Close cooperation with the Marketing Team to support lead generation strategy
  • Using tools that streamline and automate work e. g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, RocketReach, Prospectin, Woodpecker


Requirements


  • Proven professional experience in Lead Generation or Sales roles (3+ years)
  • Experience in IT companies (minimum 2 years, B2B services, worldwide) and understanding of the IT World
  • Interest in the current market trends in the field of Big Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud (the role allows learning future-proof tech sectors and accelerating your career growth)
  • Fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Good copywriting skills (e.g. creating engaging messages) and storytelling skills in different formats
  • The ability to create and optimize content (e.g. slides, posts)
  • The ability to think creatively and implement innovative ideas
  • Good research skills (being detailed, diligent, and focused)

  • Salary: 10 000-14 000 PLN net + VAT/month B2B (depending on knowledge and experience)
