Head of Marketing & E-commerce
Your responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals. Ability to identify customer needs at every stage of the product lifecycle
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and optimization of expenditures
Campaign Oversight: Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and agency multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, ROAS, and other relevant metrics, to assess and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and enhancement of digital products
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales & Customer Success teams (to develop initiatives that engage existing clients and encourage referrals) or IT department (to select and implement integrations with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, payment systems, etc. and to provide a partnership approach to system development)
Our requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role within a digital business
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
Knowledge of e-commerce trends (e.g., personalization, mobile-first, omnichannel)
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho One, Zoho Analytics, Hubspot)
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets and campaigns
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strategic planning
Can-do and proactive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working knowledge of Polish and English
