Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery.
  • Experience in two or more of the following areas: IT-Transformation, data center infrastructure, security, Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to collaborate with international and local stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations with large account project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with compelling messages to technology and business audiences, up to executive level audiences.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.


About the job

In this role as a Consulting Account Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest customers, responsible for ensuring the overall success and transformation with Google Cloud. You will align at the executive level, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, and understanding the business requirements and goals. You will lead the shared road maps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate customers digital transformation to improve the value on Google Cloud.

Additionally, you will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate the journey to our platform, maximize the business and technical operations, and serve as the primary advocate. The end result is increased value, engagement, customer satisfaction and expansion of the Google Cloud footprint. You will be leading initiatives to improve the customer experience with Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the customer partnership for key strategic customers, from a delivery standpoint. Establish executive relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand their objectives.
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Google Cloud and assess their capabilities, collaborate with other Google stakeholders and prescribe recommendations to help them accelerate GCP deployments and achievement of their business targets.
  • Engage Google Cloud Consulting teams (GCC) and partners in order to accelerate our customers’ transformation and successful adoption of Google Cloud.
  • Manage, build and nurture the post-sales relationship to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper. 
  • Be the customer’s primary advocate, drive customer feedback to Google Product Management and Engineering to ensure the best possible production experience, and assist in prioritizing product requirements by communicating customer needs and impact.
