- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in strategy, problem solving or insight-based product solutions.
- 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing with knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Experience in advertising, business, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in solving business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and querying databases.
- Ability to build narratives to successfully collaborate with clients utilizing data and insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

- Collaborate with Account Managers/Account Executives to plan the optimal support for the client portfolio.
- Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our client's business tests.
- Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.
- Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
- Report on performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
