Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with performance marketing, and in relationship building with C-level executives and management.

  • Experience developing marketplace strategies for clients.

  • Knowledge of the retail Polish market ecosystem.

  • Excellent strategic business judgment and problem-solving skills.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.


Responsibilities

  • Grow relationships with stakeholders across our clients and Google. 

  • Explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients and identify opportunities to transform clients' strategy regarding performance, measurement and branding.

  • Structure joint business plans and account plans for key customers and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.

  • Generate business opportunities by presenting Google’s solutions with structure and narrative building with product understanding and detailed execution plans.

  • Accelerate growth and ensure highest client satisfaction through refined sales processes. Meet quarterly goals associated with these objectives including performance improvement and relevant product adoption goals.
