- Lead a team of Performance and Brand Solution Specialists focused on delivering core business performance objectives by providing services to Sales teams, advertisers, and agencies.
- Coach and develop your team to enable advertisers to maximize opportunities, improve performance and enhance Return on Investment for our customers in France,
- Manage operational objectives and the creation of market strategies to help Sales deliver business growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with customers/agencies to ensure the successful execution of plans to deliver success for our customers.
- Manage projects and initiatives to successfully evolve our products, tools, solutions, workflows, and processes for our team/customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in delivery/client engagement or operations in Sales, Marketing Operations, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience in a People Management role.
- 8 years of experience in strategy consulting in the media or advertising industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
- Knowledge of online and offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
- Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.
