Strategy and Operations Manager, Analytics, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in analytics, program management, management consulting, or operations.
• Experience with financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL or other similar investigative tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams.
• Experience in executing cross-functional and operational initiatives with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to successfully navigate and influence personalities within a business environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will combine quantitative, analytics with business acumen to identify business trends and opportunities, design optimal business workflows, drive internal tools development, and introduce innovative capabilities leveraging our Data Scientists and Engineering teams. You work cross-functionally, partnering both internally and externally to develop and execute strategy. You will have direct access to C-Level executives and be recognized as a trusted advisor by partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Sales teams to implement changes to business workflows and systems.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to support strategy for the business function.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders across partner teams, addressing concerns and removing roadblocks to drive projects forward.
• Analyze operational metrics to anticipate and mitigate performance issues.
