    We're currently seeking a Creative Lead to play a pivotal role in our marketing communications department, responsible for orchestrating and steering creative initiatives. In this role, you'll oversee projects from inception to fruition, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of all creative outputs. As the Creative Lead, you'll be at the helm, guiding a team of designers and creative copywriters, serving as the central point of contact for all creative endeavors.


    About your key responsibilities and impact:

    • Conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for diverse marketing materials, encompassing advertising campaigns, website content, and promotional materials;
    • Setting design standards and providing overall creative direction to other team members;
    • Guiding an evolution of brand identity and brand book;
    • Maintaining brand consistency across all design materials and ensuring that they align with the company's brand guidelines;
    • Leading a team of designers and creative copywriter, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed successfully;
    • Collaborating with designers to craft marketing materials such as advertising artworks, conference booth design, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, etc;
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, ensuring that creative projects are completed according to timeline and budget;
    • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to project stakeholders;
    • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;
    • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure creative projects are aligned with business goals and objectives;
    • Managing the budget allocated for design projects, ensuring cost-effective design solutions;
    • Maintaining documentation of design processes, decisions, and revisions;
    • Staying updated on trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to ensure that campaigns work remains cutting-edge and relevant.


    Essential professional experience:

    • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in creative roles, preferably at an advertising or creative content agency with an emphasis on integrated production including online and offline content, high impact display takeovers, rich media, and paid social campaigns;
    • Experience in managing campaigns within the iGaming and/or B2B sectors is highly advantageous;
    • Knowledgeable of and familiar with conducting creative campaigns targeted at EU markets;
    • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful creative projects is required;
    • Strong creative and design skills, including proficiency with design software and tools;
    • Proficient use of InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools;
    • Experience working with Product Marketing, designers, PR and digital marketing to hone messaging;
    • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills;
    • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives;
    • Understanding of brand-customer interaction principles;
    • Attention to visual details;
    • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
    • Experience in team management;
    • Upper intermediate English or higher.
