Business Management Analyst

We’re recruiting for a Business Management Analyst to join a fast-growing, international alternative asset management firm with teams across major global hubs. This is a broad, hands-on role at the intersection of governance, controls, operational risk, vendor management, and finance support: ideal for someone who likes variety, structure, and getting things closed end-to-end.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid mode (4 days a week in the offices).

Contract: permanent employment contract.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day business management execution across governance, controls and operational risk for the Poland entity

• Run the governance cadence: prepare committee materials, ensure accurate records/minutes, and drive action tracking to completion

• Maintain and test the controls framework (evidence, control testing, access reviews, exception follow-up)

• Support operational risk activities: risk/issue tracking, incident documentation and remediation follow-up

• Coordinate vendor management activities (inventory completeness, annual reviews, KYC/DD documentation alignment)

• Support vendors and finance teams when it comes to payments (invoice flow, payment queries)

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in Business Management, Controls, or Risk (ideally in financial services)

• Practical experience with controls / audit / risk 

• Strong Excel

• Fluent English (B2+/C1)
