Capital Markets Reporting Specialist

For one of our clients, an international company, we are looking for a Capital Markets Reporting Specialist. The role focuses on turning financial and business data into clear communication for investors and analysts. You will support regular reporting cycles, prepare investor‑facing materials, and help ensure transparent, consistent messaging across the capital market.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic reporting materials such as management reports, quarterly presentations, and financial summaries

• Support the preparation of official stock‑exchange announcements and ensure accuracy and compliance

• Gather financial and operational data from internal teams and translate it into clear, structured content

• Coordinate materials and logistics for supervisory board meetings and general shareholder meetings

• Assist in budgeting and long‑term planning processes, including analytical work in Excel

• Create and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, equity research, or a similar field

• Good understanding of financial statements and corporate reporting

• Very good knowledge of English (min. C1)

• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with deadlines

• Experience in a listed company or Big4 is a plus
