Communications Specialist with German

For one of our clients we are seeking a Communications Specialist with German to join a dynamic communications team supporting the European region. This role focuses on coordinating communication activities, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth information flow across multiple markets.

Your responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communication materials.

• Coordinate communication initiatives across Europe, collaborating with local teams.

• Maintain and update content across communication channels (intranet, newsletters, presentations).

• Support the organization of meetings, events, and communication campaigns.

• Monitor and report on communication activities and their effectiveness.

• Contribute to projects involving new communication tools and processes.

Our requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (min. C1).

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as a Communications Specialist in a professional and international environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Experience and proficiency in using AI-based tools to support communication, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
