Graphic Designer

For our Client - one of the leading providers of innovative lighting solutions, we are looking for a candidate to join the global Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the office in Poznań and sporadic business trips to Germany. If someone prefers to work on-site or in a hybrid model, this option is also available.

Your responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and deliver innovative visual solutions for both print and digital channels

• Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, and promotional collateral

• Create and refine content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and online marketing initiatives

• Conceptualize, produce and edit video content ensuring high-quality final results

• Contribute to the evolution and consistent implementation of our brand identity

• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital distribution

• Retouch and optimize images to ensure a polished, high-quality visual appearance

• Support the conceptual development of campaigns and communication strategies

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive results

We expect:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) as well as confident presentation skills using PowerPoint

• Excellent sense of typography, color composition, and effective layout design

• Independent and well-organized working style with strong attention to detail

• High standards regarding design quality and execution

• Strong communication abilities paired with analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Comfortable managing several projects at the same time without compromising structure or focus

• Strong proficiency in using Gen AI

• Fluent English; fluency in German will be a strong advantage
