Investor Reporting Manager

A high-growth alternative asset manager is hiring an Investor Reporting Manager to own and build out their reporting infrastructure from the ground up. This is a high-impact, senior role sitting within the Risk team, with close collaboration across Investor Relations, Investment Management, and senior leadership.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid mode (4 days a week in the offices).

Contract: permanent employment contract.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the reporting infrastructure that supports investor relations and internal risk functions across public hedge funds and private markets strategies. Day-to-day, that means:

• Owning the end-to-end production, review, and sign-off of monthly investor and counterparty reports

• Managing and fulfilling bespoke reporting requests: high volume, varied, and often time-sensitive

• Developing reporting frameworks for new products and funds as the business scales

• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase capacity

• Analyzing performance data and continuously refining methodologies and processes

What We're Looking For

This is a senior, business-facing role: you won't be coding all day, but you need to understand data deeply and have the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders. The ideal profile:

• Solid domain knowledge in hedge fund and/or capital markets investor reporting

• Strong grasp of data infrastructure: databases, data flows, and what good (and bad) looks like

• Python proficiency: Pandas, NumPy, and custom scripting

• Outstanding stakeholder management: you can translate between the quant and the investor-facing world
