Sales Manager/Account Manager (ERP, SaaS)
We’re looking for a Sales Manager/Account Manager for one of our clients – global software company selling ERP software (on-premise & SaaS).
Employment terms:
Employment Contract,
Hybrid model preferred: 2 office days/week,
Business travels across Poland.
Responsibilities:
Handling e2e sales process for ERP product (medium and big-sized polish companies),
Taking care about existing client base, including upselling activities and client conversion from on-premise to SaaS model,
Conducting well-informed and consultative meetings with senior level executives,
Negotiating contracts aligned with profit targets whilst ensuring maximum value to the customer,
Leveraging sales metrics to develop short, medium and long-term sales plans to exceed targets,
Keeping exceptional Salesforce hygiene to track customer activity, pipeline management and forecasting,
Adhering to the sales process and adopting best practices in line with modern methodologies like MEDDPICC etc.
Requirements:
Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role including new business development or upselling activities for complex software solutions (SaaS, ideally ERP),
Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management,
Experience with longer sales cycle management for big-sized clients (industrial preferred),
Well versed in value-based solution selling and modern software sales methodologies,
Great presentation skills with high confidence in engaging with decision makers,
Communicative English – min. B2,
Driver’s license cat.B and willingness to travel across Poland.
