Challenge:

Plan a soft launch of the Green Letter in English, utilizing the following tools:

  • Substack: A platform for newsletter distribution and subscriptions.
  • Twitter: A tool for acquiring readers.


Tasks:

  1. Plan the launch and publication schedule: Develop a detailed timeline for the Green Letter launch, including initial content, frequency of publication on twitter and milestones for growth.
  2. Write a set of 10 Twitter posts promoting the Green Letter. You have complete creative freedom.
  3. Create a list of 100 Twitter profiles worth following and engaging with to gain reach for the English version of the Green Letter.


Proposed Target Audience:

  • Marketing professionals, including agency executives and freelancers.
  • Tech enthusiasts interested in the latest developments in advertising, e-commerce, and technology.
  • Entrepreneurs and startup founders seeking concise insights and actionable strategies.
  • Thought leaders and influencers in business, technology, and marketing.


Tips for Completing the Challenge:

  • Focus on crafting a clear and engaging value proposition for the Green Letter in English - why should readers subscribe?
  • When writing Twitter posts, consider a mix of teaser content (e.g., highlights from a sample edition), testimonials (real or hypothetical), and calls to action.
  • For the Twitter profile list, prioritize influencers and accounts that align with the target audience and have a high level of engagement. Look for thought leaders in marketing, tech, and entrepreneurship spaces.
  • Ensure the launch plan includes strategies to gather initial subscribers, such as offering an exclusive first issue or a referral incentive.
  • Use a tone that resonates with your target audience: professional yet approachable and insightful without being overly formal.
  • Emphasize the unique selling point of the Green Letter: bite-sized insights from extensive research delivered in a quick, easy-to-read format.


What Can You Expect?

  • Hands-on Experience: Work on meaningful projects with expert mentorship.
  • Financial Support: Receive 2,000 PLN net/month, plus a 2,000 PLN bonus upon successful completion of your project.
  • Hybrid Work: Collaborate in our offices in Warsaw or Katowice while enjoying flexible remote options.
  • Path to Growth: Secure a junior-level position with us after a successful internship.
