Terms of Reference for Systems Analyst Services

1. Holds OMG Certified UML Professional certificate at intermediate level or equivalent

2. Has got at least 2 years hand on experience in systems analysis

3. Has gone at least 2 times through the complete lifecycle of the software solution

4. Presents excellent command of English, at least at C1 level

5. Expert in UML

6. Knows how to develop Application and Data Architectures and its elements

7. Knows system development methodologies

8. Knows specifics and limitations of the following technologies of the Lot

9. Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect

10. Expert in systems analysis

11. Presents excellent communication skills

12. Holds ability to document effectively

13. Presents problem solving skills

Specific requirements:

14. Has participated in at least 2 projects concluded with the successful implementation of solutions

based on MS SharePoint

15. Has got at least 2 years hands-on experience as business or system analyst in the recent 3 years

of professional work.
