Installation Coordinator

The Installation Coordinator leads the global deployment of advanced automation and wet process lines for printed circuit boards (PCB) and IC substrate manufacturing. He/she oversees the installation of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) wastewater treatment systems, ensuring sustainable and compliant operations across international sites. The Installation Manager coordinates internal and external teams, upholds safety standards, and drives continuous improvement in installation and service execution.

Responsibilities:

• Leading organizational, technical, and disciplinary aspects of global installation projects.

• Ensuring timely and high-quality assembly of automation and wet process systems.

• Overseeing installation of ZLD wastewater systems, ensuring environmental compliance.

• Monitoring quality and performance of completed installations.

• Driving continuous improvement in installation methodologies and service delivery.

• Manage resource allocation during installations.

• Selecting, training, and qualifying external service providers and contractors.

• Maintaining safety documentation and ensure proper training for site and service managers.

• Collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Software and Application department.

• Developing service personnel through structured training programs.

• Preparing weekly progress reports and a comprehensive final report upon completion of each installation project.

Requirements:

• Vocational or advanced technical training (e.g., technician, master craftsman, or equivalent).

• 5 years of proven experience in automation, wet process equipment, or chemical plant installations.

• Strong analytical thinking, reliability, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken – B2 level.

• Confident leadership and assertive communication style.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Driving license – cat. B.

• Willingness to travel internationally with high flexibility and long periods.

• Familiarity with ZLD systems and wastewater treatment technologies will be a strong plus.

• Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD will be a plus
