Community Manager
We are currently recruiting for the position of Community Manager to join one of our teams working to implement significant changes for our clients. Your role as Community Manager will be support in the moderation, creation and output of creative content and the community management across various social media channels for Poland.
Accountabilities:
- Develop the growth strategy for the owned media channels for Client’s priority brands,
- Drive culturally relevant and meaningful conversations with Client’s consumers to increase brand engagement and stimulate loyalty,
- Manage and develop the content calendar for our social channels requesting supporting content where necessary and taking into account ongoing marketing activities, trends in the communities, best practice and official guidelines,
- Post creative content to social channels ensuring content is posted in line with industry, social and digital best practice,
- Review and respond, in close collaboration with the Customer Service team, to community comments and questions in a timely manner ensuring relevant comments are responded to in order to encourage positive engagement and add value to user’s experience, in line with the moderation policy for each community,
- Monitor industry discussions and trends through the use of social listening tools and analysis,
- Monitor and measure the success of social content and provide on-going reports and future suggestions,
- Assisting with the management and coordination of social media projects – from campaigns and events, be spoke social campaigns
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Social/Influencer/ Brand/Digital management gained in a fast-paced environment,
- Proven track of understanding social media and community management for brands,
- Good interpersonal skills and ability and confidence to work on your own initiative in a fast paced, client environment,
- Passionate about popular and emerging social platforms and trends,
- Are proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo – you want to create trends and directions for the Client promotion, not just follow those who exists.
