The Junior Office Specialist will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. We are looking for an energetic professional who is ready to manage multiple administrative tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Responsibilities:
- Taking care of mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and invoices
- Cooperate closely with HR, IT, Marketing and other departments
- Being in charge of the office operations and procedures
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of the company’s event - showing the initiative is the greatest value
- Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
- Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements:
- 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
