Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.


We are looking for a Amazon Ads Senior Specialist, who will:

  • Effectively run best practice compliant campaigns, ensuring ongoing and timely optimization is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance with the team.
  • Take ownership of some of the elements of the testing plan, suggesting new ideas, planning, executing and evaluating tests with methodical accuracy. 
  • Ensure that wider client or team deliverables (such as performance commentary and weekly reporting) are prepared, working with other team members on delivery of this information, and ensuring quality of output is maintained.
  • Collaborate with and support other team members in the implementation, optimization and management of client campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to channel best practices and maturity evolution for the client.
  • Support the Account Director with client communication (such as weekly calls and meetings).
  • Develop strong relationships with your client, and Amazon partners.


Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Deep eCommerce knowledge and experience, with valid platform certifications in place for Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP. Understanding of Criteo and Citrus is a plus.
  • Experience with bid management platforms (Skai, Pacvue).
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage your and yours supporting team members’ time effectively.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Data-literacy – aware of the available resources and how to turn data into insights that shape clear strategic opportunities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage workload.
