Social Media Paid Manager

• A contract of employment focusing on remote work. You are also welcomed to work directly from the Warsaw office.

You will be responsible for:

• developing strong relationships with counterparts in GroupM regional teams (Europe, U.S.); 
• supporting the training and growth of your Social team (3-5 direct reports); 
• providing timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress;
• enforcing social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery; 
• being accountable for consistent work delivery to GroupM regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output; 
• serving as a point of escalation for your team and taking ownership of resolving challenges; 
• presenting strong and effective communication across all levels. 

If you have,  

• fluent English; 
• 5+ years experience in planning and managing Social campaigns; 
• first experience in managing people;
• have expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager; 
• strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers; 
• experience maintaining quality standards at scale; 
• experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location; 
• passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• knowledge of other platforms: Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, etc. - it is a bonus!
• willingness to work directly from Poland
