About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and high performing SDR to scale our outbound operations. Working directly with the founders, you will design and build the automated systems that drive our pipeline.

This role is for a top-tier SDR who is also a builder. If you view the SDR tech stack not as a collection of tools, but as building blocks for a powerful machine that generates predictable meetings, this is your chance to make a massive impact.

What You'll Do (Your Mission)

Your mission is to build and scale a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings. You won't just run the plays; you will build the automation that makes them possible.

  • Build the Outbound Engine: Design and scale our end-to-end prospecting systems using modern tools like Clay and n8n.

  • Automate the Funnel: Create automated workflows for the entire SDR lifecycle, including intelligent list building, multi-channel outreach, signal monitoring, and automated CRM data management.

  • Own the Tech Stack: Take full ownership of our outbound systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly between our CRM and outreach platforms to trigger the right action at the right time.

  • Run a Growth Lab: Operate with high autonomy to constantly launch, test, and scale outbound experiments, using data to identify bottlenecks and unlock new opportunities for meeting generation.

Who We're Looking For (Your Profile)

You are an SDR with a relentless curiosity and a bias for iteration and improvement.

  • You are an SDR at heart: You have a strong understanding of outbound prospecting fundamentals (ICPs, messaging, qualification) and are passionate about using technology to gain leverage.

  • You have technical skills: You have hands-on expertise building workflows in tools like Clay and n8n (or similar platforms like Make or Zapier).

  • Optional: You have mastered Hubspot CRM and view it as the programmable core of your workflow.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: 6,000-12,000 PLN (umowa zlecenie or B2B netto + VAT), based on your experience and performance.
