💼 Contract of Mandate (Umowa zlecenie): 45 - 57 PLN per hour
- Full ownership of the store’s operations and commercial success, including budgeting, sales, efficiency, and compliance with internal and legal standards;
- Lead store setup and expansion projects in collaboration with Retail and Expansion Managers, including layout planning, timelines, stock intake, and operational readiness;
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of store assistants and part-timers; handle scheduling, task assignments, performance reviews, and ongoing development;
- Drive customer service excellence by leading on the sales floor, handling escalations, organizing product training, and conducting mystery shopping to improve quality;
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock tracking, sales planning, and optimization of product placement and inventory flow;
- Collaborate with Marketing on social media, in-store promotions, visual materials, and local event planning to strengthen brand presence and community engagement;
- Ensure daily cleanliness, health and safety standards.
- Minimum of 12 months of proven experience as a store manager in a retail sales environment (preferably in nutrition, sport, or fashion);
- Strong customer and goal-oriented mindset with a communicative, positive, and team-driven personality;
- Skilled in time management, multitasking, and setting priorities; detail-oriented and organized;
- Familiar with financial and customer service principles, as well as experience in team leadership with a proven track record;
- Marketing and social media communication skills are a plus;
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Suite;
- Medium level of English for internal communication.
