    At Handsontable, we're all about making developers' lives easier. Our flagship product, Handsontable, has become one of the go-to JavaScript data grids globally, trusted by 25% of Fortune 500 companies, and downloaded over 8 million times.

    We're looking for a Head of Growth to help us take things to the next level. In this role, you'll lead the charge on our growth strategy, driving sales and marketing efforts to unlock new opportunities and scale our reach. You'll work closely with our founders and teams, shaping the future of the company.

    What you will be doing: 

    • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, aligning with company goals.
    • Optimize the sales funnel to boost lead generation, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives and streamline customer outreach.
    • Lead marketing efforts across digital channels (SEO, social media, paid ads, content) to increase brand visibility and attract leads.
    • Use data analytics to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Work with product teams to incorporate customer feedback, improving user experience and adoption.
    • Drive customer loyalty, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
    • Lead new business development, building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • Represent the company at industry events and build networks to identify new opportunities.
    • Build and manage a growth team, promoting a culture of innovation and learning.


    What we expect from you to have: 

    • 10+ years of experience in a growth-focused leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or software product company. 
    • 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving performance through clear KPIs and goals. 
    • Proven track record in scaling sales and marketing operations, optimizing sales pipelines, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. 
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making and strategy development. 
    • Ability to think long-term while executing in the short-term. You should be able to translate business goals into actionable growth strategies. 
    • Experience working closely with product and tech teams and familiarity with product-led growth methodologies. 
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members at all levelsoth in English and Polish. 
    • Due to formal requirements, we require the candidate to be already located in Poland or have citizenship of a European Union Country, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland.

    Salary: starting from 20k net to 30k net B2B or employment contract + quarterly bonus based on the compensation plan.

    • You can expect a discussion about the role, company culture, team structure and about your background, experience, successes in similar roles.


    3. Functional interview (1h) 

    • You can expect a deep dive into our experience in creating, leading and executing growth strategies, sales funnel optimization, marketing campaigns, and product-led growth. Your experience as a leader and in scaling business and overcoming difficulties based on data and analytics.  


    4. Panel discussion: Growth Strategy Case study (1-2h) 

    • You will be asked to prepare a presentation that will highlight your general idea for a growth strategy for Handsoncode. The presentation will be shared and followed-up with QA from senior leaders of the company.
