Client Assets – Financial Control Analyst

For our international client, we are looking for a Client Assets – Financial Control Analyst.

Warsaw, on-site (5 days per week from the office)

Umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate): 55-59PLN/h, for students: 65-70PLN/h.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and control of Client Money and Custody Assets across EMEA entities

• Perform client asset calculations, reconciliations, and analysis of client balances

• Ensure compliance with FCA CASS regulations and internal control frameworks

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations) to resolve issues and manage escalations

• Support external audits by preparing documentation and evidence for CASS compliance

• Participate in process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational enhancements

• Monitor and manage CASS breaches, including reporting and remediation actions

• Contribute to regulatory reporting and governance processes

• Work aligned with UK working hours

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in banking, financial services, audit, or operations

• Understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, or regulatory compliance (CASS knowledge is a strong plus)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work on complex data and processes

• Advanced Excel skills

• Advanced English (C1 level)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

• Experience working cross-functionally in international environments is a plus

• Familiarity with automation / low-code tools is advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
