Project Manager – Procurement Transformation

Location: Warsaw, hybrid

Contract Type: Umowa o pracę tymczasową, 6 months initial contract

20000-25000zl gross/month

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement transformation initiatives focused on spend management, platform implementation, and data-driven reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement and spend management projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, IT, Finance, and external partners

• Support implementation and integration of SAP and Ariba (plus related tools such as Concur, Icertis)

• Manage project reporting, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder communication

• Enable spend analytics, savings tracking, and compliance reporting through data integration and reporting solutions

• Drive process improvements, change management, and user adoption

What You Bring

• Proven experience in procurement, spend management, or finance transformation projects

• Hands-on exposure to SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) and Ariba

• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and reporting

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• PMP or similar certification

• Experience in life sciences or global procurement environments
