Radio Frequency Engineer

Location: Warsaw, hybrid/office based with occasional travel

Contract Type: B2B till september (potential extension)

Salary: 150-170zl/hour

We are looking for an RF Network Planning Engineer to support TETRA network roll-out projects in Poland. The role focuses on radio network planning, site design, and coverage optimisation for mission-critical communication systems.

Key responsibilities:

• RF network planning (coverage maps, frequency plans, neighbour lists)

• RF site search and candidate selection

• RF site design and review of technical documentation

• Coordination of drive test campaigns and analysis of results

• Reporting on coverage performance and network optimisation

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in radio network planning (RAN)

• Experience with radio planning tools (HTZ, ICS Telecom)

• Experience analysing drive test data

• Fluent Polish and English

• Degree in Telecommunications or related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with TETRA or 2G/3G/4G radio technologies

• Knowledge of GIS tools (QGIS, MapInfo, Global Mapper)

• Experience with RF site surveys, installation, or commissioning
