Regulatory Monitoring Lead (ID Lead) is responsible for identifying regulatory changes (RCs) through various sources, including regulatory websites, email alerts, and third-party vendors. Upon identifying an RC, the ID Lead creates a record and, where applicable, conducts a preliminary impact assessment. For potential extra-territorial regulations (ETRs), the RC is escalated to the Global ETR RCA Unit for determination, and the ID Lead updates the RC record accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regulatory sources and third-party vendors (e.g., CUBE) to identify applicable regulatory changes (RCs).
  • Create and maintain RC records in CR&C-RC with all required metadata (jurisdiction, regulator, summary, risk tier, etc.).
  • Coordinate with ICRM and assign RCs to impacted units in non-NAM regions.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks per KPIs; escalate overdue items as needed.
  • Support manual RC identification when automated tools are unavailable.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Polish, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and change management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a complex environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Bachelor's degree with relevant compliance/legal experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
