We’re supporting our client—a fast-growing global tech-driven organization—in scaling their engineering teams across EMEA. They are looking for a skilled Talent Research Specialist to contribute to strategic hiring by identifying, engaging, and assessing top engineering talent. This role emphasizes close collaboration with hiring teams, creative sourcing techniques, and a commitment to building diverse and future-focused teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Talent Mapping & Research: Take ownership of talent research initiatives across multiple roles. Go beyond conventional tools to uncover valuable talent networks, map market trends, and generate strategic insights for hiring teams.

Candidate Engagement: Build meaningful connections with high-potential candidates. Tailor communication to spark interest and ensure alignment between candidates’ aspirations and the team’s mission. Champion inclusive hiring throughout the process.

Screening & Assessment: Lead exploratory interviews to assess both technical fit and candidate alignment with the organizational mindset. Help ensure new hires thrive not only in their roles but also within the broader culture.

Hiring Team Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to recruiters and hiring managers. Offer data-driven recommendations and market intelligence to shape hiring plans. Provide consultative support across niche and high-impact technical searches.

Workflow Ownership: Navigate multiple recruitment tracks with ease, adapting to shifting timelines and competing priorities. Ensure a thoughtful, candidate-first experience while balancing speed and quality in delivery.
What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Talent Sourcer: Proven expertise in research and proactive candidate outreach, especially within engineering and technical functions. You’re confident working across a range of seniority levels and role types.

EMEA Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EMEA talent landscape, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. You are familiar with the regional nuances of hiring across multiple countries.

Analytical & Strategic: Skilled in combining qualitative insights and market data to inform recruitment strategies. You enjoy identifying new ways to optimize hiring outcomes.
