9,000 PLN/month gross + bonus system (1st three months), 10,500 PLN/month gross + bonus system (after a three-month probation period)

Experience:
• Experience in the agricultural sector, for example selling financial products/services to clients.
• High skills and experience in telesales or phone-based selling.
• Strong understanding of the farming business and the distinctions between various types of agricultural enterprises.
• Financial knowledge, with a preference for practical experience.
• Experience in quality-focused, long-term sales, with the ability to evaluate eligible and non-eligible clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive the company's mission by engaging with potential clients through phone calls.
• Present and explain HeavyFinance's financial products and services, tailoring them to meet clients' specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Analyze clients' financial data.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and present final offers to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Requirements:
• Strong background in agriculture or related fields, preferably with experience in loan sales.
• Extraordinary telesales skills and experience in conducting sales calls, preferably including the sale of loans.
• Deep understanding of different farming businesses and their financial needs.
• Solid financial knowledge, preferably with practical experience.
• Long-term sales focus with an emphasis on quality client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience working with agricultural clients or in the farming industry.
• Fluent Polish (native/C2)
• English on a minimum upper-intermediate (B2) level.
