Buy-Sell Analyst

Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months) 

Your responsibilities may include: 

• leading and monitoring links between OtC & PtP HGSS and HGP OpCo processes for full Buy-Sell functionality and working closely with HGP Operations

• coordinating issuing of price corrections to OpCo‘s with Contract Ops and HGSS for POs with price discrepancies, analyzing the progress and calcutions of price corrections

• monitoring OtC aging and maintaining the escalations

• reviewing GRIR- analysis and potential write offs, supporting to solve complex cases, escalating issues to local OpCos if needed.

You are a good match if you have:

• fluency in English

• excellent excel skills

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in OtC, PtP, RTR and FP&A with solid knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes

• knowledge of SAP

• strong and effective communication skills
