FP&A Specialist

Your daily tasks may include:

• taking active role in PEC activities, global and local reporting - defined by FP&A Lead Providing reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, plans, forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions 

• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements 

• monitoring controlling datasets by tracking activity, resolving problems, ensuring data consistency and recommending actions 

• understanding financial impact of changes to plan made by Business Control function and accordingly taking ownership of adjusting those in reporting tools 

• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs 

• improving forecasting templates for efficiency, defining and assigning roles clearly 

• analyzing the identified changes and gaps, conducting a detailed assessment of identified risks and opportunities, creating an initial action plan to address potential challenges 

• enforcing compliance, recommending standard cost adjustments, and inspiring the team while owning cost allocation and reporting to executives 

• leading data gathering, ensuring precise accrual calculations, and boosting completeness and accuracy

• owning cost allocation compliance reporting, analyzing results, leading action proposals to address non-compliance, and enhancing the allocation process 

• supporting FP&A team in any additional activities as required including regular collaboration with FP&A Controller.

You are a good match if you have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 3 year performing finance analysis

• experience of working in service delivery model environment 

• experience in working with BI systems.
