Your responsibilities would include: 

  • acting as the global expert for Sales processes, supporting HEINEKEN's Market to Cash end-to-end processes as part of the Global Process Owner team

  • supporting the vision, strategy, and design of global Sales processes, leveraging expertise and collaborating with key stakeholders at Operating Companies (OpCos) and global levels

  • monitoring adherence to standard Sales process designs and serving as the primary point of contact for queries from OpCos

  • developing and maintaining performance dashboards and KPI frameworks to track and assess Sales process performance

  • planning, rolling out, and evaluating process maturity assessments to ensure continuous improvement

  • collaborating closely with Digital & Technology (D&T), Commercial Capability teams, and Product Owners to embed enhancements on the product roadmap, including initiatives like eBusiness

  • assuring quality and progress within global programs, such as Digital Backbone (DBB), to maintain alignment with strategic goals

  • working with the Market to Cash Data Lead and data teams to map processes into data flows, ensuring these are captured accurately for operational use

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • deep expertise in Sales processes, ideally from an OpCo environment, covering areas like salesforce management, customer and distributor management, outlet execution, technical services, and sales order management

  • proven experience in process design and improvement within a global framework

  • experience in digital transformation programs, with a focus on Sales process optimization

  • background in working with commercial stakeholders at both global and regional levels

  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
