PMO Capex Project Portfolio Lead

Your daily tasks may include:

• developing, improving, and managing the SNOW PPM project portfolio tool

• reporting on the project portfolio and acting as the gatekeeper of project reporting governance

• coordinating project portfolio governance activities throughout the year

• supporting the Manager Capital Projects in preparing and presenting project portfolio progress and reports

• preparing and presenting periodic status and progress reports for the portfolio and individual projects

• providing qualitative and quantitative project portfolio insights, both upon request and proactively, through periodic and ad hoc reporting

• standardizing portfolio templates and reports

• acting as the functional owner of the Portfolio Management Playbook

• setting up and maintaining the Capex portfolio community within assigned regions

• coordinating and supporting regional portfolio target setting and the prioritization process in collaboration with the Manager Capital Projects, OpCo portfolio managers, and OpCo Supply Chain teams across governance cycles (AP, SP, RoFo).

You are a good match if you have:

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, investment or a related field preferred

• background in Portfolio Management with a strong affinity with finance with at least 2 years of experience in an OPCO and/or at corporate level

• strong affinity with Finance, IT, Supply Chain and data

• extensive skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, think cell and PowerPoint.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• familiarity with Project Cost Controls

• knowledge of Capex accounting treatment

• FMCG experience (preferably within a brewery environment).
