The RTR Business Analyst - Group Reporting will be responsible for supporting the implementation, management and development of a finance product named Group Financial Reporting. The product provides a global solution and technology for intracompany reconciliation and local consolidation processes in Operating Companies of Heineken. Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and will be ensuring close alignment between business and technical requirements during all the product management cycle, ensuring deployment of global standards and ways of working.
Your responsibilities would include:
assists in successfully closing of gaps between “as is” and “to be” situation when expertise needed
lead new product developments (e.g. MD1, MD2)
closely cooperate with central D&T product team on translating business requirements into system solutions
perform business testing during system upgrades and new functionalities implementation
update product documentation
provides expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology
develops and coordinates communication materials related to New Ways of Working
captures lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrates them into
future impact resolution/improvement roadmap
assists in test automation (TOSCA)
act as a first point of contact and support for platform deployment specialists (PDS) regarding design or platform related questions, issues.
support PDS in the implementation of the Global Solution(s) based on the HEINKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).
You are a good candidate if you have:
at least 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
minimum of 3-4 years of operational experience in RtR, especially with intercompany reconciliation, financial consolidation and financial reporting
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance or other related studies (Accounting or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)
end to end understanding of finance processes
understanding and knowledge of Heineken RtR Global Standards, like Design Book, templates, and procedures
ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders
proven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP system
strong analytical and project management skills
strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management
ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
experience with translating business needs and queries into technical system language
experience with issue analysis, system testing and training delivery
basic knowledge of change and release management rules
nice to have: experience with ICMR and SAP Group Reporting

OpCo experience and network shared Services/GBS experience
knowledge of project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile)
proven contribution to process improvement projects with examples
experience in conducting trainings
operational experience with CIL Reporting
understanding and knowledge of Heineken RtR processes defined in HEPM
understanding and knowledge of Heineken accounting policies and procedures related to
intercompany, consolidation and reporting process
experience with ICMR and SAP Group Reporting
