Your skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience (or equivalent) in purchasing/procurement
• Previous experience (or equivalent) in commercial role
• C1 English
• Ability to work in ERP/WMS
• Basic project management knowledge (problem solving skills, taking ownership, customer focus, strong research skills)
• Technical knowledge about end user devices (clients, mobiles, peripherals)
• Fluency in Excel and Power BI reporting
• Very strong personal skills (communication with vendors and can do attitude)

Your tasks

• Global sourcing of new vendors for IT hardware
• Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors
• Vendor relationship management
• Building up initial stocks for projects
• Processing orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation
• Ensuring the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project
