About the role:

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will work individually and as a team on the accounts payable function for EMEA countries, performing invoice processing, travel and expenses posting, reconciliation of accounts processing as well as supplier’s query resolution.

In this role, you will:

• Timely and accurately process invoices so that correct vendor details are recorded and payments can be made promptly, on time, and in accordance with the published payment timetable
• Compliance with financial policies and procedures, particularly in relation to the matching of purchase order/members earnings, goods received notes and invoices, and the appropriate authorization of invoices
• Processing of invoices - including entering onto the Accounts Payable system, confirmation of calculation, matching to purchase orders, confirming authorizations, checking VAT calculations and deductions, taking advantage of discounts where offered, etc.
• Processing Member order refunds and Buybacks - including entering into the Accounts Payable system and confirmation of calculation
• Query resolution of Accounts Payable
• Ensure all areas of work comply with the relevant SOX rules
• Review and final posting of expenses according to the established process.

Our Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of working experience in the AP department
• High education in accounting/finance or/and another related field
• MS Office, Oracle (or the other ERP system) knowledge
• Good command of English, min. B2
• Proficiency in additional language is a plus
• Experience in Excel at an intermediate level
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Customer-focused individual
• Good communication skills
• Experience with SSC or Outsourcing environments is highly welcome.
