  • Report supplement shipments from Poland to the Czech Republic to the local authority (Cafía).
  • Manage packaging waste reporting for Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
  • Support the Member Services team with complaint resolution, focusing on reducing logistics-related issues.
  • Coordinate with local carriers to resolve delivery complaints and prepare on-time delivery reports.
  • Monitor outstanding HCM and NTS orders daily.
  • Escalate any issues that could impact business operations or Member experience.
  • Provide logistics support during local events.

Our requirements:

  • A basic understanding or experience in logistics or warehousing would be a plus, but it's not required.
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken; Polish native.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple European countries.

We offer:

  • Luxmed VIP package sponsored by the company.
  • Mybenefit System (Multisport Card).
  • Life and Health Insurance.
  • Extra hours off - wellness hours 15h per year.
  • Hybrid work - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.
  • Annual bonus + Easter, Christmas & Vacation bonuses.
  • Personal development opportunities and access to online training environments like free access to the LinkedIn Learning platform.
