Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting hiring managers in recruitment activities within the Krakow, Europe & Africa region. This position involves partnering with internal client groups to source, recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
In this role, you will:
- Select recruitment sources and techniques to fulfill staffing needs
- Develop networks and talent pipelines using professional organizations and internet resources
- Prepare job advertisements, postings, and other recruitment materials
- Recruit, interview, and hire highly qualified candidates
- Support hiring managers in compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and develop appropriate questions
- Provide feedback to candidates and extend job offers
- Conduct employer branding activities online and via social media
- Support Regional/Global TA projects and contribute to driving the staffing function forward
- Map markets for candidate sourcing
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions, including Managerial roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Experience recruiting in Europe & Africa as a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including executive management
- Innovative and creative in identifying passive recruitment methods
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Fluent English and Polish,
- Passionate with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Social Media networks
