About the role:

Compensation and Benefits manager will be working collaboratively with the EMEA&I regional team on the delivery of total reward offering. In this role, you will be working closely in supporting the C&B director – EMEA&I and working closely with your region (EMEA&I) on creating alignment internationally and assisting with driving through the reward strategy to attract, retain and reward the best people.


In this role you will:

  • Act as lead C&B contact for the EMEA&I region, operating as a proactive partner for HR Business Partners and business leadership,
  • Manage total reward for the EMEA&I employees’ group, through providing expert compensation guidance and carrying out executive benchmarking and competitive analysis in support of the company’s reward strategy,
  • Develop incentive and variable pay mix as and when required,
  • Conduct Compensation & Benefits cost and competitiveness analysis for 30 plus locations,
  • Make recommendations on competitive salary data for 30 plus locations for budget purposes,
  • Work with director Compensation & Benefits EMEA&I to complete the annual pay for performance compensation & bonus planning process across 30 plus locations,
  • Provide support for promotions and pay adjustments as and when required,
  • Coordinate the EMEA&I participation in Mercer salary survey and analyze surveys to obtain information for compensation proposals and budgets,
  • Co-ordinate and develop job evaluation processes that ensure consistency of approach across the EMEA&I region,
  • Monitor trends affecting pay and benefits and assess how their organization can improve practices or policies,
  • Using a variety of analytical, database, and presentation software, draw conclusions, present findings, and make recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leadership,
  • Deliver regional HR initiatives, projects and programs,
  • Coordinate the compensation & benefits programs, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Effect change without direct exercise of command
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills,
  • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures,
  • Day-to-day working with HR colleagues (managers, HR BPs, admins) from across EMEA&I countries and corporate office, communication with leadership team (regional, sub-regional and in-country), communication with vendors
  • Develop and review C&B plans, policies and processes, making recommendations and managing the implementation of change and/or new initiatives.


Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, business management,
  • Fluent English,
  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or 6-7 years HR background with specialist experience in C&B,
  • International experience (pref. EMEA),
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels across organization,
  • In-depth experience with job evaluation and job analysis (pref. Mercer),
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Project Management/team leadership,
  • Decision-making – able to advise on the best option for the organization, by weighting the strengths and weaknesses of different options,
  • Business skills – able build a case for recommendations and understand how c&b plans affect the company's finances,
  • Strong influencer and relationship manager, high energy levelsAdditional experience (but not essential),
  • Experience of global mobility issues.
