Holi is the first digital obesity and metabolic health clinic in Poland — a place where a team of specialists and technology supports patients in making lasting changes to their lives. We started Holi to give patients hope that chronic, lifestyle-driven conditions can be treated with empathy, science and great product design—not quick fixes. We’re building a new, human–AI hybrid model: specialists where it truly matters, automation and agentic AI where it compounds quality and scale. Our long-term goal is to create a “clinic in your pocket” solution — a place where patients can take care of all aspects of their health: from treating diseases to preventing them.


Active on the market since 2023, we are a team of 15 people across business, technology, marketing, psychology and medicine. We have recently secured 3m EUR Seed funding from HealthTech specialized VCs from Germany and Poland to accelerate our product development and expand internationally.


The role

This is a builder role with full ownership over B2C growth. You will be responsible for the company’s revenue outcomes across all demand-generation and conversion levers. You’ll manage a small, agile team and agency partners, turn experimentation into a machine, and ship initiatives fast — from organic content, through performance marketing and SEO, to conversion path optimization and analytics.


You'll be building Holi's growth engine from scratch at the most formative stage—when your decisions compound for years. You will work directly with Pawel Seweryn, the Founder and CEO of Holi, and you will be given the autonomy and trust to develop and test your ideas.


Scope

  • Take end-to-end ownership for B2C growth results across existing channels: Paid Ads, Organic Content, SEO/GEO, CRO, Affiliate

  • Own the Growth strategy of the company and oversee its execution.

  • Manage and develop the current Growth team:

    • Full-time: Marketing Specialist

    • Part-time: Creative Consultant & Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Frontend Developer

  • Define requirements and future direction of the team and lead recruitment for new hires

  • Manage agencies and freelancers, holding them to outcome-based targets

  • Build a repeatable experimentation engine across acquisition and CRO; design fast, disciplined test loops

  • Oversee Growth for new international market entries in partnership with local teams and agencies

  • Implement advanced marketing analytics: multi-channel attribution, data enhancement, marketing performance dashboards




🥷 Requirements


Experience

  • 5+ years in B2C Growth/Marketing in a fast-growing digital business (SaaS, eCom, or Health & Wellness is a plus)

  • 2+ years leading teams (org leadership, not just project leadership)

  • Proven ownership of marketing budgets and performance outcomes

  • Track record of delivering revenue growth

  • Broad domain experience across Performance, Organic Content, SEO, Affiliate (hands-on or leadership)

  • Experience in partnerships with Influencers, Corporate Partners or NGOs is a plus


Mindset

  • Velocity: you coordinate multiple people/tools and ship projects, campaigns and experiments fast

  • Value-oriented: ruthless prioritization; you kill or pivot work when the data says so; 80/20 thinking

  • Fast learner: AI-native; you adopt value-adding AI tools quickly and raise the bar for the team

  • Hands-on: you delegate well and focus your efforts on where you see most value, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute in any owned area

  • You are able to put your Ego aside, embrace constructive feedback, be direct, and truly support others in their work


Technical skills

  • Fluent English; able to work with international partners without friction

  • Practical experience managing or directly overseeing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

  • Understanding of behavioral economics / consumer psychology - what drives consumers to make purchasing decisions

  • Strong grasp of web analytics with GA4 and Google Tag Manager; server-side analytics is a plus

  • Proficient with AI tools in the marketing stack (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway)

  • Comfortable with modern web development toolkit (e.g., Webflow, Figma)

  • Nice to have:

    • Strong copywriting skills

    • AI automation/dev tools (n8n, Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable),

    • Big data and marketing analytics tools (BigQuery, Metabase, Amplitude, Airbyte)
