We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a software product for a Travel Platform solution. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-impact digital product, collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders. The project follows an Agile methodology (Scrum framework) to ensure flexibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the travel platform;
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Translate business needs into user stories and clear acceptance criteria in the product backlog;
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, and development teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, UX/UI designers) to ensure timely and quality delivery of features;
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings;
• Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to refine product features and enhancements;
• Ensure seamless integration between web and mobile applications, utilizing modern technologies and frameworks;
• Support go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful launches and adoption.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 14 100 – 18 600 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 100 – 150 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in software development projects, preferably in web and mobile applications;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework;
• Experience working closely with development teams, testers, UX/UI designers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers;
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items;
• Familiarity with web and mobile technology frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, etc.);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in the travel industry or e-commerce platforms is a plus;
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools;
• Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
