Recruiter RPO


Your role:

 

👩‍💻 You’ll be part of the recruitment team of a global paytech, supporting their Graduate Program. A unique initiative designed to shape the next generation of future leaders in fintech across Europe.

 

👨‍🎓 You'll be supporting high-volume hiring for early-career talents across several European markets. The focus? Evaluating applications, CV screening & interviewing, managing candidate flow through the full recruitment process, and closely collaborating with the internal recruitment team.

 

📍 Poland, Remote.


📆 3 months’ project.


🚴 Availability to start: June 30th, 2025 or July.

 

🗃️​ B2B Contract.

 

What will you be doing?


➡️ Getting to know the ins and outs of the client’s organizational structure, culture, and values. You'll become a true ambassador of the brand.

➡️ Reviewing a large number of applications, identifying real potential, and bringing human insight into every CV you evaluate.

➡️ Conducting structured screening interviews that help spot future talent and ensure the right match on both sides.

➡️  Working side by side with internal recruiters and hiring teams, co-creating a seamless candidate experience.

➡️  Staying organized and proactive, keeping processes smooth by managing ATS records, updating stakeholders, and keeping timelines on track in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.


What will help you get the job done?


💡 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in international or high-volume projects. If you have worked on an RPO project in the past, perfect!

💡 You will write and speak English a lot, so you need to be fluent (C1).

💡 Familiarity with ATS systems; experience with screening large volumes of candidates is a plus.

💡 Experience with tight deadlines, KPI's and fast-paced delivery environments.

💡 Strong business acumen will help you work side by side with internal stakeholders.

💡 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are going to help you to excel in this role, as you will use them on a daily basis.

💡 Curiosity, energy, and a problem-solving mindset.
