To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Marketing Field Manager Poland (m/f/d).
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Field Manager at HR Group Poland. The Marketing Field Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage field marketing activities, analyse market trends, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and oversee promotional events and campaigns.
As Marketing Field Manager (m/f/d) your tasks include:

Responsibility for the region- strategic planning and implementation of marketing measures: You are the central point of contact for all commercial marketing matters for the 6 hotels in Poland.

Liaison function: as a liaison between hotels and specialized departments such as social media and digital marketing, you coordinate collaboration to ensure that marketing strategies are implemented in the best possible way.

Rolling marketing planning: You continuously develop the rolling marketing plan for your region and always keep an eye on the KPIs. Your strategic decisions are based on well-founded market and competition analyses.

Proactive Support: You will provide proactive support for hotels through regular on-site visits and intensive support in the implementation of marketing measures.

Group-wide projects: You manage group-wide marketing projects and ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the planned measures.

Content maintenance: You maintain content for websites and third-party platforms and keep the content on the hotel and restaurant websites up to date.

Planning targeted online marketing campaigns: You are familiar with these terms: SEO, SEA and Paid Social.

Partner and partner marketing: At the hotel level, you will be responsible for successful partner marketing and acquiring new guests/customers for the hotels, meeting rooms and restaurants.

Budget and reporting responsibility: You will support marketing budget planning and implement profitable measures. You will also prepare regular reports on the activities carried out.
Your profile with which you inspire us:
- You have already had your first experience in commercial marketing or as a marketing manager, ideally in the hotel or tourism industry.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations and prioritize your tasks efficiently.
- You are comfortable working independently and collaborating in a hybrid team.
- You have an analytical mindset and understand complex interrelationships.
- You know how to empathize with the digital guest journey and use these insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- You have no difficulty familiarizing yourself with new tools and systems
- You speak fluent Polish and English
