Are you a driven and experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for the solar energy sector? sun.store is looking for an enthusiastic professional to manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including large-scale installers and distributors within the rapidly growing photovoltaics industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering tailored solar solutions and building long-lasting relationships in a fast-paced, innovative environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers, including large-scale installers and distributors in the solar energy sector.

  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and present tailored photovoltaic solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide the most suitable solutions.

  • Monitor account performance and ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with the product and technical teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on customer needs.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals that maximize both sales and customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on high-value customers, ideally within the solar energy or photovoltaics industry.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of solar installers and distributors.

  • Solid knowledge of the photovoltaic sector, including industry trends and the specific needs of large-scale clients.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft customized solutions based on client requirements.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales management software, and business development strategies.
