Position Overview:
As an IT Implementation Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of our HR software at clients’ sites and for providing technical support post-implementation. You will work closely with the project team and help clients fully understand and utilize the system.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation process of our IT system for clients,
● Training end-users and ensuring they are comfortable using the software,
● Troubleshooting technical issues and providing post-implementation support,
● Collaborating with IT and clients’ HR departments to customize the system to meet specific organizational needs,
● Participating in projects to improve and enhance software functionality.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the IT sector companies,
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing IT systems,
● Knowledge of HR processes (preferred),
● Experience working with clients and training end-users,
● Communicative knowledge of English and Estonian, enabling effective work with documentation, teams, and clients,
● Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
● Estonian - native/professional
● English C1/C2
