We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader for one of our clients.
In this role, you will oversee AR processes across Poland and collaborate closely with teams across Europe, including Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of accounts receivable specialists, fostering a positive collaborative environment, developing and mentoring people
- Supporting global system implementation processes
- Setting clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitor their progress, creating work schedules and organize the work itself
- Identify process inefficiencies and be a key driver of process improvements and best practices
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable function, especially monitoring aging of receivables and collections
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across the business, especially collaborating with internal customers as well as with cross-functional teams , including finance and IT
- Compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting standards in all accounts receivable activities
Requiremetns:
- Working proficiency in English is a must, Czech at a communicative level (min.B2 level)
- Have an in-depth knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Team management experience, including setting goals and KPIs, delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team across Central
- Proven experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements,
- Driving automatization and optimization of account receivable processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
