Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, from identifying opportunities to deal execution and integration.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess potential acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Prepare and present business cases and investment proposals.
- Coordinate with external advisors, including legal, tax, and financial experts, to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations to align on deal objectives and integration plans.
- Monitor and evaluate post-merger integration processes to ensure value realization
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in M&A or corporate development roles, with a track record of closed deals.
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing international transactions and cross-border teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive and independent approach to managing complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA or CFA certification is a plus).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
