Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
Offering information about products and their functionalities
Logging customer cases into the system
Requirements:
Fluent knowledge of one of the following languages (min. C1 level): German, Bulgarian, Romanian, Estonian, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Latvian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian
Good command of English (B1/B2 level)
Basic understanding of how to operate common home electronics and appliances (TVs, fridges, washing machines)
Positive attitude, communicative personality, eagerness to learn
Ability to type quickly and accurately on a keyboard
Availability for a minimum of 120 working hours per month
